What is FITSLIM?

We believe that a workout should fit into your life, not stick out! So, we’ve designed FitSlimas an easier, quicker way for you to achieve your weight loss goals without investing lengthy hours at the gym or fad dieting.

What are the benefits of the workout?

Is the IR radiation safe?

Infrared heat within the FitSlim machine is completely safe! Unlike a Sauna which has emitters exposing heat to the entire body, our small and subtle capsules are located at the lowest part of the machine to ensure safe but effective skin penetration. This is needed to accelerate body’s natural process of melting fat through kick starting a series of metabolic events that happens in your muscles, nerves, and bones. You’ll hear us say it over and over again – we make your fat cells cry!

How do I get started?

We’re thrilled to hear you’re ready to try FitSlim! Kick off your journey with a free 15 minute trial where we’ll introduce you to the machine and set you up for success from there.

How much does it cost?

Our packages vary depending on how frequently you intend to visit the studio. A casual visit starts at $50 but can be reduced to as little as $30 depending on how many sessions you’d like to buy.

How long does each session take?

The duration of a FitSlim session is 30 minutes. We recommend 2-3 of these sessions per week for you to achieve the best results.

What clothes should I wear?

Tight gym clothes including tank top, shorts or tights and closed joggers are recommended. It’s important you’re feeling comfortable to complete the workout to the best of your ability, so dress in the active wear that you know works best for you.

How do I prepare for my session?

Before the session ensure you are hydrated and have eaten something light like a banana or yoghurt for energy. It’s recommended you bring a small workout towel and water to every session to ensure you’re hydrated and clean throughout the workout. Forgot your items? No worries. Water bottles and towels are available to purchase at the studio.

How frequently should I book my FitSlim sessions?

For the best results, we recommend 2-3 sessions a week for 4 weeks to start. Following this, you can reassess your results and decide how frequently you would like to visit. There is no one size fits all – it’s your workout, your results, your time!

How long before I see results?

With most members, from the first session there is a notable difference in bloating and body fat. But like all other exercise, this is dependent on many factors and varies from person to person. On your initial session, we will do an introductory body scan analysis and provide you with an indication of the results you can expect to see from FitSlim.

I’m often intimidated at regular gyms and find it hard to build up the confidence to attend. Is FitSlim suitable for me?

FitSlim is 100% for you! Not only are the machines large enough to cover majority of your body whilst training, but our capacity is also10 people in studio at once (including our staff). Our culture is friendly, accepting and inclusive and we welcome anyone and everyone into our FitSlim studio.

Can I do other forms of exercise?

Yes, you sure can! However, on the days you have a FitSlim session booked in, we do not recommend additional exercise, you’ll need to preserve your energy for your session – trust us!

Can I attend FitSlim studios whilst pregnant?

Unfortunately you cannot attend whilst pregnant – we want the best for you and your new bub! However, we would recommend alternative forms of exercising while pregnant such as walking or yoga. We encourage you to speak to your GP for any further guidance.

Is it normal to have an increased appetite?

TheFitSlim machineis specifically designed to speed up your metabolism. So, as a result you may experience an increase in your appetite as your body tries to replenish itself. This can be easily managed with a healthy, balanced diet that includes lots of fruit, vegetables, proteins and healthy carbohydrates.

What is the cancellation policy?

Once a package has been booked, there is no timeframe by which you must use all of your sessions. Session cancellations must be communicated a minimum of 24 hours prior to the session start time to ensure you can reschedule at a more convenient time. Please inform the studio via SMS of your cancellation as soon as possible.

Is the studio COVID safe?

The health and safety of our members and staff is our priority at this time. The FitSlim studio is constantly following government regulation regarding social distancing practice, cleaning and hygiene, face masks and QR codes. If for any reason you are feeling unwell, please contact us via SMS to cancel your session as soon as possible.

Other safety measures

If you have an existing health condition, we will require your medical certification before allowing you access to the FITSLIM experience.

Please note as it is an impactful 30-minute workout your heart rate can increase in a matter of 5 minutes and the heat can reach up to 39 degrees at the same time. Unfortunately, this means if you have any heart conditions you will not be allowed to train at the studio.
